James Durham

Bio

I am a Graduate of Lufkin High School. Upon graduation I attended the university of Houston., where I was a 3-year starting corner in the Southwest Conference. After playing at Houston, I was drafted in the 8th round by the Buffalo Bills. I also spent some time with the 49ers. Upon completion of football I returned home to Lufkin and spent time working at a local Paper plant for 17 years. I then started Coaching Receivers and Db’s at Lufkin High Schools and I am currently coaching the secondary.
Hobbies are riding horses, fishing. and spending time at my church. Spending time with my family is very important to me. I am happily married to Delisa Durham, and we share 5 children all grown and several grandkids whom we adore.
I love coaching and really excited about the upcoming season. Looking forward to great thing. “IT IS A GREAT DAY TO BE A LUFKIN PANTHER!!!!
